Please note that all items are handmade, painted and sewn by artists in our shop and may vary slightly in color, design, style and fabric pattern. All items subject to change without notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL during the month of OCTOBER- NO RETURNS ALLOWED Shipping (Retail) All orders are subject to a 10 business day processing period before shipping, unless we notify you otherwise. Orders placed online are shipped through UPS to the continental USA. If you would like to place an order for international shipment, we ask that you email us with your address and items you are interested in so we can calculate additional shipping charges and methods. For all orders- if you would like another shipping method, please contact us prior to placing order. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Our phone hours are from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri EST. Ship returns through UPS ground or insured U.S. mail to Specter Studios 1600 S. Canal Street Pittsburgh, PA 15215. Non-returnable items include bras, corsets, and all items ordered during the month of October. All shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed to all returns. All returns must be in original condition. All claims must be made within three days of receipt of goods.
